HPH was created in 2002, as a boutique firm, originally focusing our practice on helping clients navigate the word of International Trade and Customs, both in the Compliance area as well as in the litigation on these subjects.

 

Due to the necessity of our clients, we then incorporated the Corporate and Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) services, as a way to deliver a full solution to several start-up operations that in recent decade potentially increased, as well as to control de most representative areas that created the most common potential risks to clients already established in México.

 

Our practice extends to helping clients navigate virtually any law or regulation affecting since the very moment of planning of creation of a new Entity to the successful outsource of accounting and Customs activities that in México represents the main areas to take care due to the complexity of regulations.

In many large service providers, whether they be law or accounting firm, the business model is built around a “relationship” partner who “hands off” work to junior to mid level attorneys, accountants and paralegals. Being a boutique law firm setting also allows us to offer extremely competitive hourly rates and innovative fee arrangements. Our hourly fees are competitive with both boutique and large law firms.

 

One of our practices has been giving clients predictable legal budgets so that no one is surprised with any of our invoices. For those clients who wish to move away from the billable hour type of arrangement, we offer fixed/project fee, retainer fee, and success fee alternatives.
